There are some smaller space business opportunities available in the under $100,000 price range with equipment, liquor licenses, and extendable leases in place. Pad sites are available in outlying areas in some newer development projects. There are a few business and real estate purchase opportunities for larger restaurants in the $2-4M suitable for major franchise or independent operations in freestanding buildings in anchored centers.
